Please include:

  • Your device model and OS version
  • The app name and version (in the app's Settings)
  • A clear description of the issue and how to reproduce it
  • Screenshots if relevant

02Subscriptions & refunds

Subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → tap the app → Cancel.

Cancel on Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → tap the app → Cancel.

Refunds: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through the Play Store. If you’re stuck after trying, write to us and we’ll point you the rest of the way.

03Data deletion

Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device. If you used iCloud sync, you can delete that from your device’s iCloud settings.

To delete anything we hold on our side (such as support correspondence), email support@northstud.io and we’ll handle it.
